Eating at a buffet...Golden Corral..on diet?
I've had trouble sticking to my diet for some reason lately. I used to stick to under 1200 calories of clean food with no trouble/cravings at all..I lost 30 lbs pretty quick. Now I need to lose 10 lbs, but every time I start, I get super bad cravings for junk/candy and blow it. So we're going out to eat on father's day at golden corral. should I skip it to stick to my diet..or is it okay to bargain with myself..like if i stick to a max of 1200 calories of healthy food for the next 9 days, I can have whatever I want for that one meal on fathers day(I would only have that meal that day.). I haven't had the orange chicken or fried shrimp and other "bad" foods in over a year..craving them lately. Would this be okay, or really bad for my mindset, etc?
