I think I am addicted to masturbation?

I always get this urge, and if I don't masturbate, the urge won't go away. Sometimes I even masturbate to porn so i orgasm faster and the urge goes away faster. But when I look at porn I get really guilty and I have to tell my mom that I looked at it. But I have to lie and say it was a trick link and i looked at it for 5 seconds because I'm embarrassed. And the only place I can get help is online because I'm afraid to tell anyone. I'm 13 years old and I'm really depressed and sad because I want to stop but I can't. Please help.
