Which hotel is the best bang for your buck on the Strip in Las Vegas?

First time to Vegas and I am open for any advice! I'm looking to spend under a $100/night for hotel on the Strip. Would love to stay in a hotel that offers anything FREE such as breakfast, buffet or happy hour. Please tell me that exsists :) Thank you.
