Does anyone know what recipe this is?

I was at a Chinese buffet recently and they had a very yummy oyster recipe there. It was in the shell, and covered in like this creamy white or yellow sauce. It was called mayonnaise oyster but I have looked for that and I cant find a recipe by that name anywhere. It tasted kind of tangy with a hint of cheese. Other then that I don't know what else to give. I have looked everywhere for this recipe and have yet to find it. Any help is appreciated.
