How should I start my oral presentation on Spartan society?

I have an ancient history assessment coming up extremely soon and the first thing i have to talk about is the roles of the helots, perioikoi and spartiates... but i have absolutely no idea on how to start it.. PLEASE HELP ME! thanks :)
