What is this chinese dish?

I've only seen it at buffets and not actual restaurants. But its imitation crab meat mixed with this white milky stuff. And it looks like its baked but I don't really know if it is. I can't find pictures of it anywhere on the net and I can never remember to ask what it is when I'm at the restaurant.
